Why Your Facebook Page Might Not Show Up in LaunchMeLoud
If you're trying to connect your Facebook Page to LaunchMeLoud but don’t see it in the list — don’t worry. You’re not alone, and this is a common situation caused by how Meta (Facebook) handles Page ownership through Business Manager.

When you create a Facebook Page, you can either:
Keep it under your personal profile, or
Transfer it to a Meta Business Manager account (also known as Business Suite/Portfolio)
If the Page is owned by a Business Manager, and you’re only an admin (not the owner), then Meta restricts apps like LaunchMeLoud from seeing or accessing it through standard user permissions.
That’s why your Page might not appear when you try to connect it.
🔒 Why Can't LaunchMeLoud See My Page?
LaunchMeLoud uses Facebook’s official API to connect and manage your Pages. Facebook only returns Pages that:
Are owned by your personal account, or
Are added to your profile (and not just your business account)
If the Page is owned by a Business Manager, Meta treats it as a business asset — not a personal one — and does not include it in the list of Pages we can show, even if you’re an admin.
You have two options:
If the Page wasn’t transferred to Business Manager, it should appear and connect normally.
If the Page is owned by a Business Manager:
Contact your business admin
Ask them to add LaunchMeLoud as a Business Partner to grant access to the Page
Once that’s done, we’ll be able to connect it
If you're unsure how to do this, we’ll guide you through it here.
🛠️ What We’re Working On
We’re working on upgrading LaunchMeLoud to support business-level integrations so we can access Business-owned Pages more seamlessly in the future. Stay tuned!
