Why Your LinkedIn Page Might Not Show Up in LaunchMeLoud

If you're trying to connect your LinkedIn Company Page to LaunchMeLoud but don’t see it in the list — don’t worry. You’re not alone — this is a common situation caused by how LinkedIn manages organization (page) permissions and admin roles.

🤔 What’s Happening?

When you create or manage a LinkedIn Page (also called a Company Page), you can be assigned one of several admin roles — such as Super Admin, Content Admin, or Analyst.


Only users with Super Admin or Content Admin permissions can connect and publish posts to a LinkedIn Page through third-party apps like LaunchMeLoud.


If your profile has a limited role (for example, Analyst or Viewer), LinkedIn’s API will not show that Page during connection — even if you can see or comment on it manually inside LinkedIn.


That’s why your Company Page might not appear when you try to connect it.

🔒 Why Can’t LaunchMeLoud See My Page?

LaunchMeLoud uses LinkedIn’s official API to list and connect your Pages.
LinkedIn only returns Company Pages that meet these conditions:



  • ✅ You are a Super Admin or Content Admin of the Page

  • ✅ The Page is verified under your LinkedIn organization account

  • 🚫 You are not just an Analyst, Recruiter, or Viewer


If your Page is owned by your organization and you only have limited access, LinkedIn treats it as a restricted business asset, and it won’t appear in the connection list.

✅ How to Fix It

You have two ways to solve this:


1. Get the Correct Admin Role

Ask your organization’s LinkedIn Page owner to grant you Super Admin or Content Admin access.


Once the role is updated, return to LaunchMeLoud and click “Refresh LinkedIn Pages” — your Page should appear automatically.


2. Verify Your Organization Connection

If you manage multiple company pages under different LinkedIn organization accounts, ensure you are signed in to the correct LinkedIn account during connection.

Tip: LinkedIn only allows one organization context per login session.
If you switch organizations frequently, log out of LinkedIn, clear cookies, then reconnect.
